What should I do if I had a reaction to a product?Updated 17 days ago

If you believe you have experienced a reaction, please submit your request through our Returns Portal:

When lodging your request, please provide:

  • a photo of the reaction

  • a photo of the product clearly showing the product name

  • how many times you applied the product

  • the product batch number

Our team will review the information and assist with the next steps.
