We want you to feel confident with your Omnilux purchase. Here’s how our return policy works:

  • Unopened Devices: Returns are only accepted if the packaging is entirely intact, undisturbed, and in its original condition.

  • Opened Devices: Once the packaging has been opened, we are unable to accept a return.

  • Purchased Direct from Omnilux: If you bought directly from Omnilux, their satisfaction guarantee may apply.

  • Faulty Devices: If your device is faulty, it will fall under the 2-year warranty policy. Please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you with a warranty claim to ensure you’re fully looked after.
