What happens if my product is faulty?

If your product is faulty, damaged, leaking, or not functioning as expected, please lodge your request through our Returns Portal as soon as possible:

Please include:

  • a photo clearly showing the product name

  • a photo or video showing the fault

  • the product batch number

  • approximately how much product remains

Faulty items should be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once submitted, our team will review the information and advise the next steps.



6. What should I do if my item arrived damaged?

If your item arrived damaged, please lodge a return request through our Returns Portal as soon as possible:
