How do I lodge a warranty claim for my Omnilux device?Updated 23 days ago

We are so sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Omnilux device.  We completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially when it’s something you’re looking forward to using and supporting your skin.

To get this resolved as quickly and smoothly as possible, the fastest first step is to contact Omnilux directly, as they handle warranty replacements and troubleshooting.

Important: When completing the Omnilux form, please make sure you select “Replacement” (not “Return”) — Omnilux only accepts replacement requests for authorised stockist customers, and selecting “Return” will cause the request to be rejected.
